Situated in Pearl Bay, Yzerfontein, this is the perfect break away from the city! Built approximately 50m from the shore line, the house boasts 180-degree uninterrupted sea views on one side and a beautiful Fynbos reserve on the other. On a clear day, the silhouette of Table Mountain can be seen from the wooden deck and Dassen Island is visible straight ahead.

The house easily accommodates 8 people comfortably in an expansive 350m2 single-story dwelling, which provides direct access to the beach
The H-shape design features an enclosed courtyard with a built in braai that is completely shielded from the wind.

The house is designed in such a way that two of the four bedrooms, fitted with 2.4m high sliding doors, open onto the sea-facing deck. A third bedroom opens onto an enclosed courtyard, creating the feeling of openness and outdoor living, whilst the fourth bedroom remains a little haven of privacy!
Fynbos and Sea also features extra-large living areas that open up to both the sea-facing deck on the one side and the sheltered courtyard on the other. The lounge opening up to the seaside, offers beautiful, uninterrupted views of the ocean through extra length, full width sliding doors. Both the lounge and TV room are furnished with oversized couches, for those laid-back afternoon naps or an area to simply escape to with a book.
